It all started when…

.... went to a talk on artists working in the present economy (back when the so-called 'Great Recession' began) and the speaker said cook books are selling quite well, so started working on this 'cookbook'; been some years now, off and on, and it is forming itself into a sort of journey; part recipes, part graphics and photos, part essays and writings, part artwork.  It is turning into a wonderful experience of gathering a sort of memoir in tastings and full of 'flavor bursts', which is a great goal for cooking up almost anything, as the goal is find special notes, niches, view vantage points, textures....that  provoke a smile and desire to keep putting one foot forward in the walk of two legs.  It should be completed some time this year, so I put it on to get your mouth to water a little.   I will put some teasers on in the near future......
